This course provides comprehensive training in the Electrical & Mechanical Safety Rules for persons responsible for ensuring that adequate precautions are taken to provide safety from the system whilst work/testing is carried out, including the preparation and cancellation of specified safety documents at power station sites. Appropriate photographic images and high quality graphics are used throughout the course to help ensure a full understanding of the correct implementation of the Safety Rules at a specific location.

The assessment comprises a randomised selection of 50 multiple choice questions covering the six modules. A score of 90% (45/50) or more is required to pass the assessment.
